Some of workouts today. I have been doing pushup but they hurt too much to do now so im going to take off two days from push ups. Later Im going to walk the dogs 5k with my sister, maybe a run later If I don’t go see Matt tonight. Im sure I wont be but whatevers haha a good run will be nice.
